Order Processing

All orders placed with La Ceiba Ranch are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), provided the items are in stock. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as transit times depend on USPS and destination.

Order Transit

Transit time for the United States is estimated at 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday) for Standard Shipping and 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday) for Economy Shipping. For international destinations via USPS, transit time is estimated at 7–21 business days (Monday to Friday) for First Class Package, 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday) for Priority Mail, and 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday) for Priority Mail Express.

Note: International transit times are estimates and may vary based on your local customs processing speeds.

Shipping Origins and Taxes

Shipping from the United States. For domestic orders within the US, applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders, all prices are exclusive of customs duties and import taxes. As we ship via USPS on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, any applicable local duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns (other than faulty or damaged items), La Ceiba Ranch will provide customers with a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.

Shipping Costs for United States and International

We offer free economy shipping on all domestic orders of $100.00 USD or more (after discounts, before taxes). For orders under $100.00 USD, shipping charges are calculated based on weight and service level as follows:

Economy shipping is $4.90 USD for orders 0lb–5lb and $19.90 USD for orders 5lb–70lb, while Standard shipping is $6.90 USD for orders 0lb–1lb and $9.90 USD for orders 1lb–5lb.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via USPS. Please note that a $65.00 USD handling fee applies to all international calculated shipping rates.

Local Pickup (Wimberley)

Skip the shipping fees! We offer free local pickup for our customers in the Wimberley area.

• How it works: After placing your order and selecting Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready, along with instructions on where to go once you arrive.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within one to two (1–2) business days. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and plan for collection.
