Handling Time: 1-3 business days

Transit Time: Transit time for the United States is estimated at 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday) for Standard Shipping and 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday) for Economy Shipping. For international destinations via USPS, transit time is estimated at 7–21 business days (Monday to Friday) for First Class Package, 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday) for Priority Mail, and 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday) for Priority Mail Express.

Shipping Costs: We offer free economy shipping on all domestic orders of $100.00 USD or more (after discounts, before taxes). For orders under $100.00 USD, shipping charges are calculated based on weight and service level as follows:

Economy shipping is $4.90 USD for orders 0lb–5lb and $19.90 USD for orders 5lb–70lb, while Standard shipping is $6.90 USD for orders 0lb–1lb and $9.90 USD for orders 1lb–5lb.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via USPS. Please note that a $65.00 USD handling fee applies to all international calculated shipping rates.

Shipping Origins and Taxes

Shipping from the United States. For domestic orders within the US, applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders, all prices are exclusive of customs duties and import taxes. As we ship via USPS on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, any applicable local duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Return & Refund Information

Return: We accept returns within 30 business days.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs: The responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
